About the Presenter:
Sally has over 15 years of experience developing data strategies and conducting data analysis services for domestic and international marketing and data science teams. Sally has managed several Destination Insights platform implementations for many of our clients across New York State. She also manages relationships with our data partners, including Azira, AirDNA, Visa, and others.
Jamie is an experienced problem solver, strategic thinker, and data storyteller, with over 20 years of expertise delivering meaningful insights to senior stakeholders across various industries. Currently, as a tourism advisor and consultant at Rove, Jamie helps travel industry clients utilize their business intelligence platform to centralize their data, access valuable insights, and make informed decisions. Previously, Jamie was the Research Director at the U.S. Travel Association for more than a decade, leading research initiatives and creating resources to inform members and policymakers about travel industry trends and impacts. Jamie also worked as a program analyst at the U.S. Census Bureau, designing outreach campaigns to millions of U.S. businesses about the Economic Census, and as a research account manager, developed customer satisfaction and loyalty research for Fortune 500 companies.
