What are NYSTIA Solution Providers?

At the New York State Tourism Industry Association, we don't use the word vendor, exhibitor or sponsor. We use the term 'Solution Providers', and regard you as part of the 'success formula' for our tourism industry destination and organization members. Networking our members with the the organizations that can assist them in achieving their goals and overcoming obstacles to success is an essential member service.

We offer two tiers of engagement, Basic and Partner. 

Solution Provider Membership Opportunities:

Basic NYSTIA Membership annual dues range from $345-$750. This category entitles you to a new member introductory article/feature upon joining, access to our membership portal, webinars, newsletter, membership rate to our events, etc. You can learn more about the Basic NYSTIA membership here.

  • Basic NYSTIA Membership for Solution Providers:
    • NYS Regional: $345
    • NYS Statewide: $445
    • National/International: $750

Solution Provider Partnership Membership offers more robust benefits, including visibility and ongoing member engagement opportunities (benefits detailed in the agreement below): $3,500 

Rather than putting solution providers into a back hallway with exhibit booths, we have taken their feedback and created 1:1 appointment sessions, continuous networking opportunities, webinar presentations, and pre-registration at both the New York State Tourism Conference each April and the New York State Tourism Excellence Summit & Awards each September. Our NYSTIA Partnership Community includes a dozens of solutions providers including multimedia and marketing firms, technology, energy/sustainability providers, booking engines, and more!

2026 New York State Tourism Industry Association (NYSTIA) PARTNER AGREEMENT
  1. 2026 membership dues through December 31, 2026. 
  2. Visibility:
    1. 52-week logo feature on the NYSTIA website and newsletter. 
    2. Partner & Solution Provider page (includes: Partner Feature, link to your website, bio about your organization). 
    3. News/Newsletter/Social Media: Opportunity to share relevant news/updates on our NYSTIA media platforms 
    4. NYSTIA Partner Organization Page: Similar to our co-op page, you have the opportunity to share what you offer at your organization. *We will also be developing an RFP Portal where members will be able to find your solutions!*
  3. Webinars: 
    1. Wednesday Webinars: We host 2 series a year, one in 1st quarter and one in 4th quarter. This is a 30 minute educational, case study program we host every Wednesday. These webinars are subject to being considered for an in-person session at one of our events. 
    2. Your Webinars: Opportunity to share your organizations webinars on our event calendar and in the newsletter. 
  4. Our two major events: 
    1. The two events for 2026: 
      1. 2026 New York State Tourism Conference in Utica, NY | April 22-24, 2026 
      2. 2026 New York State Tourism Excellence Awards & Summit in Corning, NY | September 16-18, 2026. 
    2. Partners will get the following benefits at both events:
      1. Registration: One (1) registration included in your agreement for each event. *Each additional registration would be at the membership rate. 
      2. 1:1 table: 8 15-minute appointment session with our members. 
      3. Table hosting: You will be a designated table host in the general session banquet room and encourage the attendees to network and chat at your table throughout the event. 
      4. Brochure table: You will have a 3-foot table to put out some literature, a small table top banner, business cards, merch, etc. 
      5. Banner stand: You will be able to put up a banner stand on the perimeter of the conference room or the foyer (location permitting).
  5. We do offer additional opportunities to underwrite receptions, activities and programming at our events as a Presenting Partner. If you are interested in a Presenting Partner opportunity, select the customized agreement option in the drop down below. 

New York State Tourism Industry Association Inc. (NYSTIA) receives:

  1. Financial support as indicated below to enhance NYSTIA membership programming:
  2. Access to Partner expertise for committee engagement, membership development/outreach and consultation as mutually agreeable.
  3. Opportunity to propose in-kind support of community and industry initiatives (i.e., Tourism Stewardship, Advocacy, Workforce, Education, etc.).
 
 
Any agreements signed in 2026 will be invoiced upon signing.
