The New York Golf Trail is one of the largest golf trails in the U.S., with 25 partner courses throughout the state as well as 25 partner hotels and inns. NYGT promotes, packages, markets, and sells golf trips to Rochester/Finger Lakes, Saratoga, Cooperstown, Lake Placid, Niagara, and Chautauqua.
Job Description/Responsibilities
Provide golf trip quotes within 36 hours of receipt for golfers coming to Rochester/Finger Lakes. Follow up within a week. Input trips in the database and track payments for the trip.
Job Requirements:
Ability to work flexible hours as an independent contractor. Remote position. Hours range from 5-15 hours a week. Must check and respond to emails twice daily.
Qualifications
Experience in travel/hospitality. Knowledge of golf and upstate New York. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and strong customer service orientation and skills.
Additional Information:
Hours will increase throughout the spring and peak in the summer. The position is for one calendar year, beginning in January.
