You must submit your proposal by January 23, 2026.
We will respond to your proposal by January 28, 2026.
You must be present at the NYS Museum to present your topic.
Your presentation / briefing should last no longer than 5 to 10 minutes in order to include as many presenters as possible.
Your visuals/slide deck must be submitted no later than February 5, 2026.
