3rd Annual NYSTIA Membership Meeting and Awards Dinner

Thursday, October 20th
The NYSTIA Executive Committee is encouraging everyone to wear their "hippie" attire during the day and at dinner, as part of the fun of visiting Bethel Woods Center for the Arts and Museum, site of the historic Woodstock Music and Art Fair.

1:00 pm: NYSTIA Annual Meeting at Villa Roma.
3:00 pm: Board shuttle bus for a private tour of Bethel Woods Center for the Arts and Museum.
4:30 pm: Food and wine tasting courtesy of Bethel Woods Center for the Arts and Museum, and Sullivan County Visitors Association.
6:00 pm: Reception at The Club House, sponsored by Advance Media New York.
7:00 pm: Tourism Excellence Awards Dinner, sponsored by Meredith Travel Marketing. We will honor some of the many amazing individuals and organizations that work with and/or in support of tourism in New York State. Awards sponsored by AAA.

Friday, October 21st

7:30-9:00 am: Breakfast at Villa Roma, sponsored by Madden Media.
9:00-10:15 am: We will be joined by Mike DeAnzeris of Meredith Travel Marketing as he is pleased to welcome as the guest speaker, Elizabeth Anne Shaw, Editor in Chief of Meredith's FamilyFun.
10:15 am: We will hear from Gavin Landry, Executive Director of Tourism, New York State, Empire State Development, Division of Tourism/I Love New York with updates on I Love New York programs and initiatives.
