As Executive Vice President at Tempest, Brent Foerster works closely with clients to help sales teams be more successful through research, sales engagement strategies and actionable analytics. Previously he led Destination Sales at Meet Minneapolis where he was responsible for convention and meeting sales, tourism sales, Sports Minneapolis, and all sales efforts at the Minneapolis Convention Center.

Prior to Meet Minneapolis, Foerster was the Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Communications for Visit Milwaukee. His career also includes more than 15 years with Hilton Hotels in sales leadership and as a General Manager. Overall, he has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry both in corporate and non-profit organizations.
