Susan Swiatkowski is the Marketing Manager at the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls USA, where she is responsible for fulfilling Macerich's marketing initiatives targeting their many key audiences: retailers, shoppers, community, media, investors, and the property team. Susan's responsibilities only begin with Marketing, as she is also involved with strategic planning, budget management, tenant relations and support, leasing support, sponsorship and media sales, advertising and promotions, event planning, tourism, media, and community relations.

Susan is not new to the New York State Tourism Industry Association, as she has attended several Conferences and has served as a presenter. She also serves as the executive director of the Niagara Wine Trail and is a New York State Park commissioner in the Niagara region. Susan has held industry positions throughout Western New York including management positions at Niagara University, the Buffalo Museum of Science, the Hard Rock Cafe, Old Falls Street USA, Destination Niagara USA, and the Niagara Wine Trail.
Outside of the office, Susan loves to travel, visit wine trails, attend concerts and festivals, watch movies and consume anything relating to pop culture. She is a native of Niagara Falls and a proud Buffalo Bills season ticket holder!
