Job Description/Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Tour Planner to join our team. This role involves creating unforgettable travel experiences and ensuring client satisfaction. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love bringing travel dreams to life, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and plan unique, customized travel itineraries.
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs.
- Utilize software tools to manage bookings and itinerary planning.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners
- Provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Prior experience in tourism, travel planning, or a related field.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented in planning daily itineraries.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- A genuine passion for travel
- Minimum requirement: Windows 10 or 11, Microsoft Word, and Excel
