August 2, 2022: Market NY Grant Update - Thank you!

2022 Market NY Grant Proposal -Thank you for your support!

On Wednesday morning, July 27, I asked members for written letters of support for grant funding from Market New York to support comprehensive, collaborative statewide tourism marketing initiatives. By Friday, we received over 40 letters of endorsement from TPAs, state associations, nonprofits, and attractions across New York State.
Our Market New York grant proposal was submitted on July 29, 2022. We can't thank you enough for your continued support of our efforts on behalf of you and your colleagues and New York State's tourism industry. Fingers crossed!
Meanwhile, programs for the current Market New York grant activation have been widely embraced by our members. Many of the initiatives have met or exceeded their budgeted goals and we have an unprecedented number of participating destinations and organizations. There's still several programs open for consideration - Destination Optimization, Travel Trade Activation... check the grant pages on the NYSTIA website.
