NYSTIA helps members promote their destinations through a variety of cooperative advertising and marketing programs, including discounted rates on digital advertising campaigns, unbeatable below-rack-card rates on ads in nationally recognized publications, an online package promotions program, and promotion at professionally-staffed consumer travel shows.

The New York State Tourism Industry Association regularly works with members, statewide associations, and the NYSTIA Advocacy Committee to provide information, resources and initiatives at the state and national level to support and defend New York State's tourism industry. Scholarship Fund

Each year, NYSTIA awards five (5) $2,000 internship and tuition scholarships from the Destinations of New York State scholarship Fund to exceptional New York State college students within the tourism, hospitality and culinary fields.
