Jen Ackerson, President of Alon Tourism Solutions is a 25+ year veteran of the tourism industry with deep experience in every supplier category. She is an expert in educating and connecting tourism destinations/suppliers with travel trade buyers/resellers to build successful relationships that drive profits and sustained success. Jen spearheads Alon’s tourism training program “Steps to Success” in partnership with International Inbound Travel Assoc. (IITA) and the “Tourism Ready” training program for New York City Tourism + Conventions, the official DMO of NYC. She is an expert public speaker, event planner, and global tradeshow ambassador.

If you know Jen you know she lives a full life of adventure, rarely sitting still. Working in tourism is her passion alongside her love for music. Outside the office you can find Jen and husband Phil travelling the globe for the Rolling Stones. Together, they have seen the Rolling Stones over 170 times in 20+ countries! Hitting the open road is another hobby as they travel the USA in their RV. When not traveling, you might find Jen at her Long Island Summer beach cottage enjoying sunsets with awesome friends in the community. Life is short; live it up!
