Tourism Champions Reached New Markets in 2025,

We're Excited to Begin Planning for 2026!

Thank you to all of our 2025 Tourism Champions! The commitment of 40+ destinations to our programming and consumer travel shows schedule had a profound impact in 2025. Your support enabled us to invest in an expanded schedule and additional events. We added Boston, Chicago & Washington to the markets we exhibited at, and added new events in other markets. 

We saw a great deal of interest from attendees who wanted to visit attractions throughout New York State. Attendees were excited to discuss touring New York State, even from over 10 hours away! We look forward to promoting your destinations later this year at the New York State Fair and travel shows in New England, Ohio, New York and Canada.

We remain committed to reaching Canadian travelers and participated in shows in Montreal, Toronto, and Ottawa already this year. There continues to be great interest in discussing your Tourism Champion destinations, but the conversation in 2025 also involved discussing the concerns of Canadian travelers. We received compliments on how we engaged with attendees. We will return to Canada for the Association of Canadian Travel Agents Summits in Toronto and Montreal in September, and will return to Montreal in November for a major consumer show.

The support of the Tourism Champions community has been instrumental in enabling us to expand our reach in promoting New York State tourism. We hope you will consider joining our 2026 Tourism Champions community, enabling us to continue promoting New York State across the northeastern United States & Canada.

There will be no price increase for 2026!

However, I need to budget and contract for 2026 NOW, so I'm asking for your 2026 registration asap. Invoicing will occur in January 2026 unless otherwise requested. See the registration form below.

2026 NYSTIA TOURISM CHAMPIONS EXHIBITOR AGREEMENT
I. Your travel guide distributed at a minimum of 18 international and domestic travel shows and events in 2026, including the New York State Fair! (a la carte value for the 18 events is $6,000, you save over $2,000)
