Mitchell Knox is the Eastern US Account Executive for ITI Digital.
ITI Digital delivers what matters most—a destination’s content. Their state of the art platforms automate the delivery of real-time, relevant information while giving destinations’ teams complete editorial control. Unlike others offering standalone tools, their Digital Experience Platform works alongside existing CMS systems to power dynamic, branded content at scale. Their AI-driven and Automated Events Calendar, Automated Business Listings, and Travel Planning tools eliminate the burden of manual updates and transform static tourism websites into interactive digital infrastructures supporting strategic goals.
ITI Digital has worked with New York State tourism destinations for the past decade, such as This is Cooperstown, Herkimer County, Tour Cayuga, and others. As of 2025, they are active members of NYSTIA and eager to continue bringing value to NY destinations through software innovation. ITI Digital is a proud member of Destinations International, One West Tourism Alliance, and other state-level industry organizations.
"NYSTIA has become crucial for understanding and integrating with New York state's opportunity to expand economically by furthering tourism sustainably and ethically, while empowering small businesses, expanding workforces, and growing local economies. Because tourism thrives on connect, relevant real-time content - ITI's DNA and superpower - are requisite assets for NYSTIA members and their missions."

Mitch lives in Forest Hills (Queens) where Arthur Ashe won the first pro US Open in 1968 (and can see the stadium from his window!) He is a dad to three and a gloating grandad to one. In free time, he bakes like crazy and develops his own recipes for cookies, breads, and pies. He also serves as a volunteer for PAWS New York, helping elderly New Yorkers keep their pets by helping with walks and vet visits.
