New York State in the August/September issue of ROVA - The Magazine For Epic Road Trips had some rock star inclusions in both the Brewery and Fishing content features:
3rd Annual Brewery Round Up: Earn Your Beers - Breweries that are worth the drive - "ROVA explores a range of hidden taprooms that give new meaning to 'earning your beers."
Two New York breweries included:
- Upward Brewing Company in Livingston Manor, Sullivan County NY (image also included with subheading: As well as serving up impressive beers, New York's Upward Brewing focuses on great design.)
- Junco Brewing Company in Oswego, Oswego County NY
Fishing: A Reel Road Trip included New York as one of four regions for the finest fishing in the USA.
- The Lakeside Angle: "In the Northeast, NY attracts anglers with an abundance of fishing opportunities. From the East side of Long Island and west to Lake Ontario and it's sprawling tributaries, the pursuits offered for fishing are incredibly diverse." - complete write-up attached
