Alastair Jack is the managing director at Curacity. Curacity helps destinations translate their brand story into editorial opportunities that build awareness and consideration among travelers already engaging with travel and lifestyle content. Curacity complements broader tourism marketing efforts by connecting DMOs with influential media voices and audiences in environments built around discovery and inspiration. They've helped destinations reach travelers through editor-curated placements in premium publisher e-newsletters, including Travel + Leisure, People, and Food & Wine, extending destination stories through trusted lifestyle media.
As Managing Director at Curacity, Alastair leads the destination marketing organization vertical, overseeing strategy, business development, and partnership growth with DMOs, agencies, and tourism stakeholders. My role includes shaping go-to-market efforts, developing client proposals and market strategies, building industry relationships, and helping position Curacity as a trusted media and marketing partner for destinations. He works across sales, partnerships, and strategic planning to expand their footprint and drive revenue growth in the DMO space.
Outside of work, He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, especially being outdoors, riding his bike, and playing football (soccer) with his girls. Alastair is also deeply involved in his community as a volunteer fire chief and emergency medical responder in Fair Haven, New Jersey. Having grown up in Bermuda, he has always had a strong connection to travel, hospitality, and the outdoors. He values family time, community service, and on occasion having a rum or two.
