They accomplish this by partnering with national, state and regional meeting planners, motor coach tour operators, travel agents and independent consumers. Buffalo provides authentic and unexpected experiences to inquisitive explorers. The region’s revitalized waterfront, restored architecture, thriving arts scene, culinary renaissance, vibrant neighborhoods, outdoor activities and historic charm make it a not-to-be-missed treasure.
Kate is a social media marketer with over five years of experience developing insight-driven digital strategies. She has served as the marketing and social media manager at Visit Buffalo for over three years, where she specializes in content creation using CapCut, Canva and platform-specific tools to deliver custom creative assets, including an expertise in short-form videos. Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, she is thrilled to share her love and passion for her hometown with visitors and locals alike!
Kate is currently participating in Leadership Buffalo's 2026 Rising Leaders program, which will continue throughout the duration of the year. She's a member of the Kent State University Alumni Association, the Amherst Central Alumni Association, and alumni of Alpha Phi Omega (National Service Fraternity).
She enjoys staying active and typically takes multiple exercise classes a week, including Pilates and HIIT. She also loves watching horror movies, listening to podcasts, and spending time with my friends and family, which usually involves traveling to new places.
