Chris Cordon is a Benefits Advisor at Affinity Benefits, a business dedicated to the proposition that associations can save their small business members from the volatility of the fully insured healthcare market.
Affinity Benefits is a benefits agency with employees who average more than 20 years of experience in health insurance. Created to serve the needs of member-driven organizations looking to grow their membership, the agency offers a solution to what has long been the number one problem for small businesses: health insurance. With four full-time employees, Affinity Benefits serves as the exclusive retail arm of Triad Health, where Chris is the founding health producer.
Chris is a health insurance professional who has spent 17 years helping small businesses. As an official partner of associations, providing their small business members with the economies of scale usually reserved for the Fortune 500, he's happy to have a membership with NYSTIA. He is also an active member of both ASAE and Chicago's Association Forum.
Outside of the office, Chris says he's kind of embarrassed to admit that his life isn't much more complicated than working 50+ hour weeks and spending weekends enjoying video production. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, Class of 2000. He's also a lover of music, the arts, theater, and the Washington Commanders—and not exactly in that order.
