The network fosters collaboration and aligns regional service providers under one unified approach, strengthening destination readiness and positioning the Hudson Valley to compete and succeed in the global meetings visitor economy. By connecting planners with trusted venues, hotels, and service providers, we create a coordinated pathway for meetings, conferences, and events, unlocking opportunity, elevating destination readiness, and advancing local hospitality on a global stage.

With decades of experience across the Caribbean and U.S markets, she develops integrated tourism strategies that strengthen destination brands, drive smart, sustainable growth, and deliver measurable results. Her work centers on collaboration, bringing together governments, tourism boards, and hospitality organizations to align marketing, community priorities, and economic development. Known for her strategic and hands-on approach, Ayerim helps destinations unlock new opportunities and build resilient visitor economies. She shares her insights on tourism through her writing, speaking, and advocacy for thoughtful, purpose-driven tourism. She also serves on the Volunteer Advisory Board for mentoringmuse.com, as well as an MPI member and Ulster County Chamber & Orange County Chamber Member.
Ayerim is a wife and mother of two young adults, a devoted pet mom to her four beagles. She is the voice behind Ayerim.com, guided by her philosophy, Make Happiness The Destination, where she writes about purposeful living, wellbeing, and personal growth. She is also committed to raising awareness of sleep apnea in women, and remains a tourism advocate no matter where she goes, advancing the industry she serves. In her free time, she enjoys playing tourist, exploring new towns, trails, and cultural experiences.
