Opening Month promotion: Share the Warmth!
KOS is New York's first public floating sauna, inspired by the stunning fjord saunas of Norway. We are on a mission to inspire people to be happy, healthy, and connect through heat. Our year-round, community-driven sauna offers shared social sessions, private group rentals, annual memberships, classes and rituals, team-building, and custom events in our 15-person sauna boat and roof terrace on Saratoga Lake, NY.
We first fired up our wood-burning stove for the public on November 15, and we now invite NYSTIA members to experience KOS for free during our opening month! Choose from one of two options: 1) Reserve your seat in the social sauna, and bring a friend for free (a $30 value) OR 2) Reserve a free private group session for 15 people (a $450 value).
Why sauna? It’s a proven method for boosting physical and mental well-being by:
- Promoting deep relaxation and melting away stress
