- Empire State Development has launched the two grant program applications: Return to Work and Meet in New York.
To start the application process, and if you have not done so already, you will first need to fill out the required eligibility screening tool to determine if your business is eligible for the program. If your business qualifies, you will automatically be emailed a link for completing the full application.
