Cayuga County invites visitors to explore women’s history, support women-owned businesses, and attend Brave Brews and The She Sessions
Cayuga County, February 2026 – Brave Women Week returns March 1 8, 2026, inviting residents and visitors to celebrate the Finger Lakes’ special role in the women’s rights and suffrage movement through a full week of themed events, exhibits, tours, and shopping specials honoring brave women, past and present.
In Cayuga County, travelers can follow in the footsteps of pioneering women connected to the region’s legacy of social progress, while also supporting today’s women-owned businesses and creators. Visitors can explore heritage sites including the Equal Rights Heritage Center, the Seward House Museum, and other destinations tied to the stories of Harriet Tubman, Emily Howland, and Frances Seward.
Organizers encourage the public to browse the full week’s lineup and plan ahead using the official event listings and Cayuga County’s Brave Women FLX hub.

Brave Brews Festival (Auburn), March 6–8, 2026
Brave Brews returns to Auburn with a weekend focused on celebrating women and non- binary individuals in the craft beverage industry. The weekend kicks off with Pink Boots Collaboration Collective Brew Day and Auburn Downtown Partnership’s First Friday, followed by the Seward House Museum’s The Real Housewives of Auburn specialty tours and Prison City Brewing’s FIRE & ICE Craft Beverage Festival on Saturday. The She Sessions (Weedsport), March 2026
Lunkenheimer Craft Brewing Co. will host The She Sessions, a month long live music series during Women’s History Month celebrating women performers and community connection. Female artists include Jess Novak, Sydney Irving, Jackie Pop, Amanda Ashley, and Ashley Cox, plus an Open Mic Night.
