About the Presenters:
Colleen Onuffer uses her passion for writing and story-telling in her role as Director of Public Relations at Break the Ice Media. Since her start in 2016, Colleen has helped her clients find their essential stories and develop targeted messages. She enjoys working on collaborative campaigns and brings with her demonstrated successes in proactive media relations, travel public relations, content development and crafting strategic marketing plans. In 2024, she is serving as President of the Public Relations Society of America, Rochester Chapter.
Colleen Senglaub brings several years of tourism marketing experience to her role as Digital Marketing Coordinator at Break the Ice Media. Her unique perspective from working in-house for businesses in the tourism industry allows her to see things from the position of her clients, and she understands what it takes to draw people to a destination. Colleen’s experience in project management, digital marketing, public relations and content creation allows her to approach things with a well-rounded point of view.
