We are pleased to announce that Steuben County Manager, Jack Wheeler, NY will be joining us Thursday morning to welcome the attendees of the 2026 New York State Tourism Excellence Summit & Awards.
Jack Wheeler serves as the Steuben County Manager, a position he has held since June 2015. In this role, he is Chief Executive Officer, responsible for daily oversight and management of county operations on behalf on the Steuben County Legislature. Prior to assuming this position, he was Deputy Manager for Steuben County for seven years. Before returning to his native county in 2008, Jack served as a Security Consultant with IBM Global Business Services, Public Sector in Washington, DC. He has earned degrees in Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo and a Master of Public Administration from James Madison University. Jack resides in Bath with his wife and three children.
