Chelsea Sullivan Kaiser is the Senior Manager of Partner Engagement at Brand USA. In this role, she develops and maintains relationships with the organization’s state, city, and corporate partners, advising them on international marketing strategy and overseeing the planning and execution of initiatives across global markets.
Prior to joining Brand USA, Chelsea managed corporate and strategic partnerships for Destination DC, the destination marketing organization for the nation’s capital.
Chelsea graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the School of Journalism and Mass Communications.
Diana Keating
Vice President, Marketing
Diana Keating is Vice President of Marketing at Visit Rochester, where she leads strategic tourism marketing initiatives that drive visitation, regional awareness, and destination growth. With more than a decade of experience in destination marketing, Diana has developed impactful campaigns across domestic, Canadian, and international markets, while helping position Rochester as a vibrant travel destination. She has played a key role in major tourism-driving events, including the PGA Championship and the 2024 Total Solar Eclipse, and has secured significant grant funding to support industry initiatives. Diana is passionate about collaboration, inclusive tourism, and advancing innovative strategies that strengthen New York State’s visitor economy.
Patrick Keyes
Sales and Marketing Manager, Rainbow Air Helicopter Tours.
Patrick Keyes has been Sales and Marketing Manager at Rainbow Air Helicopter Tours since 2023. After entering the tourism industry in 1994, he spent decades representing various attractions, hotels, and a DMO in regional, national, and international sales missions. He has consistently focused his efforts on the benefits of collaboration, and was instrumental in creating the dialogue that transformed the tourism culture in Buffalo, NY, where he has lived for nearly his entire life. A former journalist, Keyes is a graduate of SUNY-Binghamton, where he majored in 10-cent wing nights.
