- Welcome - Captain Tammee Poinan Grimes, Chair Canal NY Marketing & Business Alliance
- Don Stanko, Lead Ranger at the National Women's Rights Historic Park, will be speaking about the National Park Sites within the National Women's Rights Historic Park and will provide a brief history of the organizers of the 1848 Women's Rights Convention.
- Judy Wentzel, Executive Director of the Bonafiglia Family Foundation and a board member with the Seneca Falls Development Corporation, will be speaking about the innovative philanthropic work the Foundation and Development Corporation are undertaking to help complement the Downtown Revitalization Initiative improvement projects in Seneca Falls.
- Dr. Andrew Olden, Executive Director of the Seneca Falls Museum and Tourism Center and Canal New York Board Member, will discuss the organization's dual roles as the Museum of Waterways and Industry and hub for tourism in Seneca Falls. Using grant funding, community partnerships, and reimagined marketing and publicity strategies, the organization has been able to meld art, history, and culture in Seneca Falls to promote topics from waterways to women's rights to tourists and residents alike.

Nicole Mahoney and Camille Zess from Travel Alliance Partnership will guide attendees through how to create a practical and actionable marketing plan. Participants will learn how to align tactical marketing efforts with larger organizational goals and messaging strategies to create cohesive, effective campaigns.
This session is designed to help attendees move beyond reactive marketing and build intentional, results-driven plans that maximize impact while working within real-world resource constraints.
