As a speaker, you are a guest of NYSTIA for the day of your session. As registration is still necessary, please contact Brooke Wilson at brooke@nystia.org with details o your attendance and she will register you accordingly.

Thank you for your support! As a NYSTIA Partner or Tourism Champion, you are already pre-registered.

You should have received a confirmation of your registration in your inbox. If you have not received a confirmation of registration, please check your spam folder or contact brooke@nystia.org. 

Parking is available via the parking garage attached to the hotel. This garage is owned and operated by the City of Rochester and is not affiliated with the Hyatt Regency Rochester. Therefore, fees are determined by the city of Rochester. 

Current rates are $10 per vehicle per night, however, 2023 NYSTIA Annual Meeting attendees will receive a 20% discount on parking, or $8 per vehicle per night.

There is no "code," you may dress as you prefer. However, most attendees usually dress in business casual attire.
