From the salt marshes and ocean beaches of Long Island, to urban refuges and hidden local gems in cities like Albany and New York City, to the shores of Great Lakes and the Finger Lakes, to the mountains of the Adirondack and Catskill Parks, there is a birding adventure for everyone. Observe eagles along the Hudson River and bluebirds in the Capital Region at Five Rivers Environmental Education Center. Experience the awe of waterfowl migration at Montezuma, winter birding along the Niagara River, and fall hawk watches in the Hudson Valley.
