Annually, NYSTIA books and manages an information booth with literature distribution service at a dozen or more travel and outdoor sport shows in the United States, and Canada. Member brochures are distributed at these shows via a professionally staffed booth, complete with dynamic imagery and statewide publication resources.
NYSTIA and CONY are partnering for a 3rd year to welcome members of each other's association into their respective shows programs. for NYSTIA members, this means opening a portal to distribute brochures and rack cards at upwards of 34 travel, outdoor and camping shows in 2017.
New York State Tourism & Industry Association (NYSTIA), has chosen our slate of shows for 2017. We have selected 16 different consumer shows for you to consider and one NEW city being, Toronto, Canada.
As part of this partnership, your per-show rate for CONY shows will be the same as the NYSTIA shows program.
NYSTIA members are encouraged to send brochures to any or all of the shows. Costs range from $100-$200 per show, which is a fraction of the total cost for an individual entity to attend just one show. NYSTIA members who staff the show booth receive a $75.00 per day attendance rebate after the shows season (except for State Fair).
NYSTIA also partners with the New York State Department of Economic Development, Division of Marketing, Advertising and Tourism to coordinate a tourism information booth at the annual New York State Fair in Syracuse, NY.
