Adding New Cities to the Travel Show Schedule in 2025

Show promoters and customers have noticed NYSTIA's presence at travel shows at the shows we have attended. The booth is placed at the entrance of the shows, as show promoters like the display. We continue enhancing our booth with technology and looking at new items to add to the booth. In 2025, we also want to expand our reach by adding new cities to our travel show schedule.

Travel Show Plans & Strategy

  • Brookered Guides: This year, We will not include brokered guides in our travel show booth.
  • Interactive kiosk: The booth presentation now includes an all-in-one freestanding touchscreen coupled with a 42" monitor.
  • Photo Booth: Attendees will be able to take photos in front of the booth and emailed to them.
  • Day-of -Event Prizes, Quarterly Travel Prizes and QR Code Lead Linkage: An easily scanned QR code will be displayed on posters and printed cards with information and incentives to induce consumers to use their mobile devices to share contact information and respond to a few questions about their travel interests. Printed entries will also be accepted at the event.
  • 2025 New York State Tourism Champions Initiative: You may want to review this exciting initiative, which packages ALL 2025 travel shows, pre-registration for the 2025 New York State Tourism Conference and the 2025 NYSTIA Annual Meeting and 2025 NYS Tourism Excellence Awards, and multi-media visibility elements using This Link.

You will receive a confirmation followed by emails with shipping instructions for your physical materials, instructions on how to provide digital materials, and an invoice. Your invoice is will be generated immediately, but payment is NOT DUE until after the complete trade show schedule.

Travel shows will be added to the selection below - look for the notice of new events in the weekly newsletter. Not all travel shows included in the Champions program referenced above are available 'a la carte'.
