BTIM and ALON: 2020-2021 Domestic Group Marketing Co-Op Initiative

Bus Group.jpgBreak The Ice Media and ALON Marketing Group have joined resources to launch a collaborative sales strategy to position New York State destinations in the forefront of the domestic group sales market. They offer your destination a comprehensive two-year marketing program to achieve this purpose. Twenty partners are sought to ensure statewide representation and critical mass. Will you be one of them?

outset, identifying market assets, discussing existing sales efforts to avoid redundancy and developing consensus on strategies and itinerary themes. The comprehensive program will incorporate proactive sales outreach, group travel trade shows, group tour FAMs, sales missions and participants will receive regular reporting and measurement on program development and outcomes.

A year-end report will be provided at the end of 2020 and 2021 to recap all initiatives and deliverables across all program partners. Reports will detail activities, leads generated, secured bookings, and marketing effectiveness.

Partners will each make an investment of $5,500 per year for two years. Additional out-of-pocket sales expenses are possible contingent on the final plans related to FAM tours, sales missions, travel, etc.
