As you've read, the NYSTC is currently scheduled for November 16-18. As we are monitoring the phased reopening of businesses across the state and working as a #Strongertogether approach, we are aware that adjustments may need to be made. At the same time, our committee – made up of representatives across the state is working to create a conference that meets the criteria for proper physical distancing for group gatherings and still can provide programming that is educationally relevant and inspiring. We know from our members that you still want meaningful opportunities to network and reconnect.
We realize that you may be looking for registration and lodging links for the 2020 NYSTC taking place at the Renaissance Westchester, and we want your participation. Just as US Travel and other leading tourism organizations are recommending, we also recommend that you do not book flights or make reservations until we are confident the November dates are clear. We also understand that some may be unable to attend in person and are working to present the NYSTC virtually in real time, so that many can still join in.
We will keep you informed via the NYSTIA website and newsletters as information develops and we see a clearer path.
Please continue to be safe and thank you for working hard to move NY Forward and welcome visitors.
