Job Description / Responsibilites

This role is an integral part of our Rides & Attractions department. This position is responsible to work with management, business users to ensure the successful implementation of the system. The Enterprise Asset Management Specialist will maintain and develop the use of the system securing high compliance.This role will lead the preventive maintenance program which will give ensure memorable experiences to our guests.

In this role, you will:

  • Perform setup and structure for the overall asset in the resort
  • Setup the overall Production Process Model plan, procedures, scheduling and reports
  • Administration of work order release and follow up process
  • Build structure for maintenance of rides and later on all facility
  • Inventory control of spare parts and resources
  • Perform regular data analysis on parts and assets
  • Ensure a consistent, standard usage/process of the enterprise asset management systems across areas of operations
  • Define, develop and maintain operational reports to manage assets, optimize the workforce and ensure compliance
  • Develop and maintain system and process documentation
