Job Description / Responsibilites

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. Core responsibilities will be to develop content and carry out social media campaigns, as well as to manage search engine optimization and digital advertising efforts for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in marketing or related field.


  • Create original, relevant, engaging, and high-quality written content for various mediums including social media, email marketing, blog posts, and other website content
  • Manage coordinated and strategic social media presence for multiple clients across a variety of platforms
  • Conduct keyword research and perform search engine optimization for multiple clients
  • Management of paid digital advertising campaigns
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and paid advertising initiatives and campaigns
  • Provide meaningful and insightful recommendations for increasing engagement and maximizing conversions for both paid and organic digital marketing efforts
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns
  • Work with in-house designers to coordinate design and development of email campaigns, digital advertisements, and web content


  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliverables simultaneously
  • Proven experience with target audience growth month over month (social followers and web traffic)


  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field required
  • 3-5 years proven work experience in marketing; experience as a content writer preferred
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics a must
  • Experience with e-mail campaign platforms preferred
  • Experience with Abobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop a plus
