COVID-19 requires the industry to re-think and re-imagine the new normal. Speaker submissions should gear their proposals to the current climate.
The New York State Tourism Conference presents an opportunity for attendees, NYS tourism stakeholders from across the state and those that support them, to network, learn, explore and celebrate.
The NYSTC goal is to provide attendees, an opportunity to connect and learn from our presenters and each other. The conference allows attendees the chance to discuss what's happening in the industry, to network and collaborate.
The COVID-19 provides new challenges to the industry and we encourage you to consider this as part of your presentation.
Presentations are scheduled in 60-minute tracks including time for Q&A. We hope that you would remain for the conference to field questions and additional conversations.
The NYSTC committee reviews all proposals to ensure we have diversity in our presenters and in our topic selections, while providing quality, authentic and unique programming.
If you are selected to speak at the New York State Tourism Conference, we will offer a reduced attendance fee. We regret that we are not able to cover the cost of travel or lodging for all speakers. By not covering travel costs for our speakers, we are able to keep ticket prices low and to make the conference accessible to the largest number of participants possible.
If your proposal is accepted, but you would find it difficult to attend due to travel costs, please let us know and we will do our best to help make it happen.
