About Susan:

Susan Eisma is the HR Director for LEGOLAND New York Resort and LEGOLAND Parks Operating Group globally. Susan joined Merlin Entertainments in September of 2018. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration from Cornell University's Hotel School. Prior to joining Merlin Susan worked has always worked in the hospitality with the likes of Wyndham Hotels, ARAMARK and Patina Restaurant Group. She is passionate about creating opportunities for all. She was born and raised in Florida, NY and now resides Rockland county with her husband, PJ and son, Ronan.
