Zoom is the videoconferencing platform that will be used throughout the Virtual Trade Show. If you haven't downloaded Zoom onto your computer, you'll need to do so prior to the conference. Make sure the Zoom account you are using is connected to the email you used to register for the Trade Show.
Please Note The video below is provided by Zoom. The download you need for the virtual Trade Show is called "Zoom Client for Meetings" and is the first link on the Zoom downloads page (for desktop and laptop computers). Zoom does not download when using the FireFox internet browser.
Zoom downloading instructions:
Go to the Zoom website downloads page: Zoom.us/download. Click "Download" under the "Zoom Client for Meetings" section. The Zoom app will then begin downloading. You will need to sign in to the app in order to participate in appointments. (You only need to sign in to the app once, you will return to the Schedule of Events page each day and simply click on the links to join each meeting or appointment.

We are using a special tool in Zoom called Breakout Rooms. Please use the Zoom Rename feature to display your full name. We will give you additional instructions when you arrive to the Marketplace session.
All event attendees will receive an email every morning of the conference with the onference schedule and links to conference events/meetings for that day
It is recommended that all conference participants dress in business attire.
Yes, there is a lunch break and morning and afternoon breaks on each day of the conference.
