Job Description/Responsibilities

This position is a full-time, challenging, and exciting opportunity for an energetic individual able to work in a hands-on, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment managing all aspects of client accounts and the assistance of company programs associated with client accounts. This position requires enthusiasm to roll up your sleeves and learn all aspects of running a business because we hire with an intention to advance you towards a position that best matches your skills!

Key Activities & Duties:

  • Manage and prioritize all aspects of client account including communication, strategic planning, preparation of resources, sales & marketing, contracting, facilitating, and attending trade events on their behalf, follow up and lead maintenance.
  • Actively sourcing new client leads for all Alon services
  • Working together with sales manager to create and execute sales outreach, maintaining relationships and follow up
  • Report to president and general manager with status of clients and events
  • Ability to collaborate with team on all aspects of Alon programs
  • Other ad-hoc and miscellaneous duties as needed within their abilities

Job Specific Skills, Traits & Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication skills both spoken and written to address leads, clients and Alon team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), email marketing software
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
  • Initiative-taker, and willing to take on projects and improve business processes and workflows
  • Takes initiative and proactive to ensure projects and team continue to move forward on tasks
  • Results-oriented and driven providing unsurpassed client service excellence
  • Ability to be flexible, work in a fast-paced environment and on multiple priority projects at one time
  • Confidentiality to Alon’s intellectual property as well as client intellectual property


Experience & Education:

  • Associates Degree
  • Minimum four years’ experience in a sales, marketing or account management role or similar description with transferrable skills
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, event planning, sales, consulting, marketing, branding or customer relationship management is a plus
